1. The user places their upgrade order (click link above)

2. NB have a 50%-off group code (nb15-50) that the user sends to his/her colleagues 

3. The user tells that person to enter their (the current NB user who is upgrading) name and date of upgrade in the comments field

4. Steven watches for receipts sent to sales@notabene.com for new purchases from this discount code and checks the notes field, and then manually sends their $75 refund (which will be done within a week)

5. NB tells the person upgrading that if they have not heard from us within a week of their colleague’s order, they should send an email to sales@notabene.com with the name of their colleague and the date of their purchase

6. If the user gets a second colleague to upgrade, Nota Bene will give the user a second $75 refund (only two refunds per user)
